The licensees and other entities specified in Sec. 26.3(a) through (c) shall establish, implement, and maintain FFD programs that, at a minimum, comprise the program elements contained in this subpart. The individuals specified in Sec. 26.4(a) through (e) and (g), and, at the licensee's or other entity's discretion, Sec. 26.4(f), and, if necessary, Sec. 26.4(j) shall be subject to these FFD programs. Licensees and other entities may rely on the FFD program or program elements of a C/V, as defined in Sec. 26.5, if the C/V's FFD program or program elements meet the applicable requirements of this part.
