(a) Consummation has the same meaning as in 12 CFR 1026.2(a)(13).

(b) Creditor has the same meaning as in 12 CFR 1026.2(a)(17).

(c) Higher-priced mortgage loan has the same meaning as in 12 CFR 1026.35(a)(1).
