The regulations of the Department may be cited by section numbers. For example, this regulation may be cited as ``Sec. 200.2 of the Aviation Economic Regulations.'' The sections contained in the Rules of Practice may also be cited by appropriate rule numbers. (See Sec. 302.1(c) of this chapter.)
