CFR /  Title 14  /  Part 21  /  Sec. 21.11 Applicability.

This subpart prescribes--

(a) Procedural requirements for the issue of type certificates for aircraft, aircraft engines, and propellers; and

(b) Rules governing the holders of those certificates.
