(a) An applicant's safety review document must identify each flight safety system crew position and the role of that crewmember during launch processing and flight of a launch vehicle.
(b) An applicant's safety review document must describe the certification program for flight safety system crewmembers established to ensure compliance with Sec. Sec. 417.105 and 417.311 of this chapter.
