If the State agency objects to the consistency certification for an amended OCS plan, the prohibition in Sec. 930.80 against Federal agency approval of licenses or permits for activities described in detail in such a plan applies, further Secretarial review pursuant to subpart H of this part may take place, and the development of an additional amended OCS plan and consistency certification may be required pursuant to Sec. Sec. 930.82 through 930.83.
