(a) Potential adverse actions against a third party conformity assessment body include:
(1) Denial of Acceptance of Accreditation;
(2) Suspension of Acceptance of Accreditation; or
(3) Withdrawal of Acceptance of Accreditation.
(b) Withdrawal of acceptance of accreditation can be on a temporary or permanent basis, and the CPSC may immediately withdraw its acceptance in accordance with Sec. 1112.53.
