This part establishes a consumer product safety standard for bassinets and cradles manufactured or imported on or after April 23, 2014, except for the removable bassinet bed attachment requirements at Sec. 1218.2(b)(3)(i) through (iv), (b)(5), and (b)(7), which are effective April 23, 2015.
