The purpose of the pilot, demonstration, and evaluation projects authorized under Sec. 502(e) of the OAA is to develop and implement techniques and approaches, and to demonstrate the effectiveness of these techniques and approaches, in addressing the employment and training needs of individuals eligible for SCSEP.
