CFR /  Title 22  /  Part 507  /  Sec. 507.3 Requirement for open meetings.

Members shall not jointly conduct or dispose of agency business other than in accordance with this part. Except as provided in Sec. 507.4 every portion of every meeting of the agency shall be open to public observation.
