CFR /  Title 23  /  Part 1210  /  Sec. 1210.9 Effect of noncompliance.

If a State has not met the requirements of 23 U.S.C. 161 and this part at the end of the period for which funds withheld under Sec. 1210.4 are available for apportionment to a State under Sec. 1210.6, then such funds shall lapse.
