The membership and authority of the Multifamily Participation Review Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Review Committee) are set forth in Sec. 200.227. A majority of the members of the Review Committee shall constitute a quorum. The Executive Secretary of the Review Committee shall be the Participation Control Officer under this part and shall serve under the administrative supervision of the Director of the Participation and Compliance Division, who acts as Participation Control Officer in his absence.
