All of the provisions of Sec. 207.252a of this chapter relating to mortgage insurance premiums on operating loss loans shall apply to mortgages insured under this subpart, except that for mortgages insured pursuant to Section 238(c) of the Act the mortgage insurance premiums due in accordance with Sec. 207.252a shall be calculated on the basis of one percent.
