CFR /  Title 24  /  Part 245  /  Sec. 245.105 Recognition of tenant organizations.

Owners of multifamily housing projects covered under Sec. 245.10, and their agents, must:

(a) Recognize legitimate tenant organizations; and (b) Give reasonable consideration to concerns raised by legitimate tenant organizations.
