Net revenues means gross gaming revenues of an Indian gaming operation less--
(a) Amounts paid out as, or paid for, prizes; and
(b) Total gaming-related operating expenses, including all those expenses of the gaming operation commonly known as operating expenses and non-operating expenses consistent with professional accounting pronouncements, excluding management fees. [74 FR 36932, July 27, 2009]
