The Governor shall ensure that recipients collect and maintain records in a manner consistent with the provisions of Sec. 34.24 and any procedures prescribed by the Director pursuant to Sec. 34.24(a)(1). The Governor shall further ensure that recipients are able to provide data and reports in the manner prescribed by the Director.
