Under the authority listed above, the Department of Justice adopts the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Guidance in 2 CFR part 200, except for 2 CFR 200.313 and 2 CFR 200.314, which are supplemented by the corresponding sections (e.g., Sec. 2800.313 supplements Sec. 200.313) of this part. Thus, this part gives regulatory effect to the OMB guidance and supplements the guidance as needed for the Department.
