You must notify the BOEM any time you cease activities under your approved GAP without an approved suspension. If you cease activities for an indefinite period that exceeds 6 months, BOEM may cancel your lease or grant under Sec. 585.437, as applicable, and you must initiate the decommissioning process, as set forth in subpart I of this part.
