Posting or affixing materials, such as pamphlets, handbills, or fliers on the Pentagon Reservation is prohibited except as provided by Sec. 234.13(b) or when conducted as part of activities approved by the applicable Building Management Office or Installation Commander under Sec. 234.3(d).
