Subparts F and G of this part contain rules promulgated by the Secretary of the Navy, pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552a (j) and (k), and subpart F, Sec. 701.113, to exempt certain systems of DON records from specified provisions of 5 U.S.C. 552a.
