All of the waters enclosed by a line beginning at latitude 43[deg]19[min]15.7[sec] N, longitude 070[deg]33[min]42.1[sec] W; thence to latitude 43[deg]19[min]15.7[sec] N, longitude 070[deg]33[min]40.3[sec] W; thence to latitude 43[deg]19[min]3.7[sec] N, longitude 070[deg]33[min]42.6[sec] W; thence to latitude 43[deg]19[min]2.6[sec] N, longitude 70[deg]33[min]45.7[sec] W; thence to the point of beginning. This area is approximately 5,800 sq. yards, encompassing the central portion of Wells Harbor.

All of the waters enclosed by a line beginning at latitude 43[deg]19[min]11.1[sec] N, longitude 070[deg]33[min]49.8[sec] W; thence to latitude 43[deg]19[min]10.5[sec] N, longitude 070[deg]33[min]47.3[sec] W; thence to latitude 43[deg]19[min]8.3[sec] N, longitude 070[deg]33[min]47.3[sec] W; thence to latitude 43[deg]19[min]8.7[sec] N, longitude 070[deg]33[min]50.6[sec] W; thence to the point of beginning. This area is approximately 25,000 sq. yards, encompassing the western portion of Wells Harbor.

All of the waters enclosed by a line beginning at latitude 43[deg]19[min]17.7[sec] N, longitude 070[deg]33[min]34.0[sec] W; thence to latitude 43[deg]19[min]18.4[sec] N, longitude 070[deg]33[min]32.9[sec] W; thence to latitude 43[deg]19[min]13.8[sec] N, longitude 070[deg]33[min]25.5[sec] W; thence to latitude 43[deg]19[min]13.0[sec] N, longitude 070[deg]33[min]26.2[sec] W; thence to the point of beginning.
