(a) The danger zone. A circular area of one nautical mile radius having its center in Delaware Bay at latitude 385812", longitude 751730".

(b) The regulations. (1) Anchoring, trawling, crabbing, fishing and dragging in the danger zone are prohibited during daylight hours.
