(a) Area No. 1. Bounded by a line commencing at latitude 482057" N., longitude 1224039" W.; thence to latitude 482040" N., longitude 1224259" W.; thence to latitude 482119" N., longitude 1224302" W.; thence to latitude 482113" N., longitude 1224026" W.; and thence along the shore line to the point of beginning.
(b) Area No. 2. Bounded by a line commencing at latitude 482153" N., longitude 1224000" W.; thence to latitude 482312" N., longitude 1224117" W.; thence to latitude 482329" N., longitude 1224022" W.; thence to latitude 482221" N., longitude 1223950" W.; and thence along the shore line to the point of beginning.
(c) The regulations. (1) Persons and vessels shall not enter these areas except at their own risk.

(2) All persons and vessels entering these areas shall be obliged to comply with orders received from naval sources pertaining to their movements while in the areas.
