(a) The restricted area. Beginning at latitude 365547", longitude 761104.5"; thence to latitude 365904", longitude 761011"; thence to latitude 365828.5", longitude 760754"; thence to latitude 365527.5", longitude 760842"; thence westerly along the shore and across the mouth of Little Creek to the point of beginning.
(b) The regulations. (1) No fish-pound stakes or structures shall be allowed in the restricted area.
