(a) The areas. Area No. 1: The area bounded by a line at a point on the easterly side of Seavey Island at latitude 430437" N, longitude 704344" W, thence to latitude 430436" N; longitude 704340" N, thence to the pier on the westerly side of Clark Island at latitude 430436.5" N, longitude 704334" W; thence along the northerly side of Clark Island to a point on the easterly side at latitude 430437" N, longitude 704325" W, thence northeasterly to the easterly side of Jamaica Island at latitude 430449" N, longitude 704324" W, thence along the southerly and westerly sides of Jamaica Island and thence generally along the easterly side of Seavey Island to the point of beginning.Area No. 2: The area bounded by a line beginning at a point on the southerly side of Seavey Island at Henderson Point at latitude 430429" N, longitude 704414" W; thence to latitude 430429.5" N, longitude 704417.4" W; thence to latitude 430436.6" N, longitude 704422.6" W; thence to latitude 430444.8" N, longitude 704433.2" W; thence to latitude 430447.4" N, longitude 704442.1" W; thence to latitude 430448" N, longitude 704452" W; thence to latitude 430449" N, longitude 704454" W; thence to latitude 430451" N, longitude 704455" W; thence to latitude 430453" N, longitude 704453" W; thence to latitude 430457" N, longitude 704447" W; thence to latitude 430458" N, longitude 704446" W; thence to latitude 430502" N, longitude 704436" W; thence to latitude 430504" N, longitude 704431" W; thence along the westerly side of Seavey Island to the beginning point.
(b) The regulations. All persons, vessels and other craft, except those vessels under the supervision of or contract to local military or naval authority, are prohibited from entering the restricted areas without permission from the Commander, Portsmouth Naval Shipyard or his/her authorized representative.
