(a) The area. Beginning at the shoreline north of the boat basin, latitude 331310", longitude 1172419"; thence westward to latitude 331248", longitude 1172456"; thence southward to latitude 331232", longitude 1172444"; thence eastward to latitude 331247", longitude 1172417" (a point on the breakwater); thence northeastward along breakwater to latitude 331258", longitude 1172409"; thence northward along shoreline to point of beginning.

(b) The regulations. (1) No vessels shall anchor within the restricted area at any time.

(2) Dredging, dragging, seining, fishing operations, and other activities, which might foul underwater installations within the restricted area, are prohibited.

(3) All vessels entering the restricted area shall proceed across the area by the most direct route and without unnecessary delay.
