Yes, within 2 years of receipt of a NARA final determination as provided in Sec. 1202.54 or Sec. 1202.80, you may seek judicial review of that determination. You may file a civil action in the Federal District Court:
(a) In which you reside or have a principal place of business;
(b) In which the NARA records are located; or
(c) In the District of Columbia.
