(a) A Type 1-A rate adjustment is an adjustment based on the annual limitation.
(b) A Type 1-A rate adjustment may result in a rate adjustment that is less than or equal to the annual limitation, but may not exceed the annual limitation.
(c) A Type 1-A rate adjustment for any class that is less than the applicable annual limitation results in unused rate adjustment authority associated with that class. Part or all of the unused rate adjustment authority may be used in a subsequent rate adjustment for that class, subject to the expiration terms in Sec. 3010.26(e).
