CFR /  Title 40  /  Part 124  /  Sec. 124.213 What procedures must I follow to make routine changes

(a) Routine changes to the standardized permit with prior Agency approval may only be made with the prior written approval of the Director.

(b) You must also follow the procedures in Sec. 124.212(b)(1)-(2).
