(a) General. Tolerances are established for the residues of flutriafol, [()-[alpha]-(2-fluorophenyl)-[alpha]-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-ethanol], including its metabolites and degradates in or on the following commodities. Compliance with the following tolerances is to be determined by measuring flutriafol only. ------------------------------------------------------------------------

(d) Indirect or inadvertent residues. Tolerances are established for the indirect or inadvertent residues of the fungicide flutriafol, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities in the table below when present therein as a result of the application of flutriafol to the growing crops listed in the table to paragraph (a) of this section. Compliance with the following tolerance levels specified below is to be determined by measuring only flutriafol (()-[alpha]-(2-fluorophenyl)-[alpha]-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-ethanol) in or on the following commodities: ------------------------------------------------------------------------
