In addition to submitting the biennial report and unmanifested waste reports described in Secs. 265.75 and 265.76, the owner or operator must also report to the Regional Administrator:
(a) Releases, fires, and explosions as specified in Sec. 265.56(j);
(b) Ground-water contamination and monitoring data as specified in Secs. 265.93 and 265.94; and
(c) Facility closure as specified in Sec. 265.115.
