Except as provided in 40 CFR 403.7 or Sec. 437.30(b), any new source subject to this subpart must achieve the following pretreatment standards: Standards for o-cresol, p-cresol, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol are the same as the corresponding limitation specified in Sec. 437.31.
