Except as provided at 40 CFR 125.30 through 125.32, any existing point source subject to this subpart must achieve the following effluent limitation representing the application of BCT: Limitations for TSS, O&G; (as HEM) and pH are the same as the corresponding limitation specified at Sec. 438.12.
