Your State plan must include compliance schedules that require OSWI units and air curtain incinerators subject to this subpart as described in Sec. 60.2994(b) to achieve final compliance as expeditiously as practicable after approval of the State plan but not later than the earlier of the following two dates:
(a) December 16, 2010.
(b) Three years after the effective date of State plan approval.
