(a) You must establish a program for reviewing the information listed in Sec. 62.14424 annually with each HMIWI operator (defined in Sec. 62.14490).
(b) You must conduct your initial review of the information listed in Sec. 62.14424 by [date 6 months after publication of final rule], or prior to assumption of responsibilities affecting HMIWI operation, whichever is later.

Waste Management Plan
