For your final control plan increment of progress, you must complete two items:
(a) Submit the final control plan describing the devices for air pollution control and process changes that you will use to comply with the emission limits and other requirements of this subpart. If you plan to reduce your small municipal waste combustion unit's combustion capacity to less than 35 tons per day by the final compliance date, see Sec. 62.15030.
(b) You must maintain an onsite copy of the final control plan.
