(a) For the purposes of this subpart, when you read the term ``HAP listed in Table 1 of this subpart'' in a cross-referenced section under 40 CFR part 63, subpart DD--National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Off-Site Waste and Recovery Operations, you should refer to Table 1 of this subpart.
(b) For the purposes of this subpart, when you read the term off-site material in a cross-referenced section under 40 CFR part 63, subpart DD--National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants from Off-Site Waste and Recovery Operations you should substitute the term remediation material, as defined in Sec. 63.7957.
(c) For the purposes of this subpart, when you read the term regulated material in a cross-referenced section under 40 CFR part 63, subparts OO, PP, QQ, RR, TT, UU, WW, and VV you should substitute the term remediation material, as defined in Sec. 63.7957.
Process Vents
