CFR /  Title 40  /  Part 799  /  Sec. 799.17 Effects of non-compliance.

Any person who fails or refuses to comply with any aspect of this part or part 790 is in violation of section 15 of TSCA. EPA will treat violations of Good Laboratory Practice Standards as indicated in Sec. 792.17 of this chapter.
