Subject to the limitations on annual rental amounts, lease terms, and leases on parking spaces cited in Sec. Sec. 102-73.230 through 102-73.240, the agencies listed below are authorized to acquire special purpose space associated with that agency and, except where otherwise noted, may lease such space for terms, including all options, of up to 20 years.
