The State shall use the single, streamlined application used by the State in accordance with paragraph (b) of Sec. 435.907 of this chapter, and otherwise comply with such section, except that the terms of Sec. 435.907(c) of this chapter (relating to applicants seeking coverage on a basis other than modified adjusted gross income) do not apply.
