The terms of Sec. 435.1205 apply equally to the State in administering a separate CHIP, except that the State shall make available and accept the application described in Sec. 457.330, shall accept electronic accounts as described in Sec. 457.348, and furnish coverage in accordance with Sec. 457.340.
