CFR /  Title 42  /  Part 62  /  Sec. 62.11 When can a scholarship program payment obligation

In accordance with section 754(d)(3) of the Act, any payment obligation incurred under Sec. 62.10 may not be discharged in bankruptcy under title XI of the United States Code until 5 years after the date on which the payment obligation is due.
