In general, Reclamation will be responsible for 100 percent of the cost of an appraisal investigation conducted under Sec. 404.11(a) or (b), up to $200,000. If the cost of the appraisal investigation exceeds $200,000, your cost-share will be 50 percent of the amount exceeding $200,000.
