CFR /  Title 45  /  Part 1225  /  Sec. 1225.16 Investigation and adjustment of complaint.

The complaint shall be processed promptly after it has been accepted. Once a class complaint has been accepted, the procedure outlined in Sec. 1225.9 of this part shall apply.
