CFR /  Title 45  /  Part 2517  /  Sec. 2517.100 Who may apply for a direct grant from the Corporation?

(a) The following entities may apply for a direct grant from the Corporation: (1) A State Commission established under part 2550 of this chapter.

(2) A grantmaking entity as defined in Sec. 2510.20 of this chapter.

(3) A qualified organization as defined in Sec. 2515.20 of this chapter.

(b) The types of grants for which each entity is eligible are described in Sec. 2517.200.
