At least 60 days prior to the expiration date of the certificate of inspection, a request for renewal must be submitted in the same manner as described in Sec. 169.218. If the request for renewal is submitted to the OCMI who made the initial determination and all operating conditions remain unchanged, the information need not be resubmitted.
