(d) A line drawn from the westernmost extremity of Ocracoke Island at latitude 3504 N. longitude 7600.8 W. to the northeasternmost extremity of Portsmouth Island at latitude 3503.7 N. longitude 7602.3 W.
(e) A line drawn across Drum Inlet parallel with the general trend of the seaward, highwater shoreline.
