(a) Any party meeting the requirements set forth in Sec. 96.5 is eligible to operate a CBSD on a General Authorized Access basis.
(b) CBSDs used for General Authorized Access must register with the SAS and comply with its instructions.
Effective Date Note: At 80 FR 36222, June 23, 2015, Sec. 96.33 was added, however, paragraph (b) contains information collection and recordkeeping requirements and will not become effective until approval has been given by the Office of Management and Budget.
