(a) Reports required from class I carriers by this section shall be filed in duplicate with the Bureau of Accounts, Surface Transportation Board, Washington, DC 20423, on forms which will be furnished to the carriers. Data required under Sec. 1248.2 shall be filed on Form QCS on or before the 60th day succeeding the close of the period for which they are compiled.
