CFR /  Title 50  /  Part 14  /  Sec. 14.253 What are the restrictions contained in these regulations?

Except as provided in Sec. 14.255, it is unlawful for any person to import, export, transport, sell, receive, acquire, or purchase, in interstate or foreign commerce, any live prohibited wildlife species.
